Functional Rhinoplasty Procedure

Inferior Turbinate Fracture

The inferior turbinate is fractured and pushed outward,
partially removed, or reduced in volume with a laser.

Rhinitis Treatment

The deviated septum is corrected to treat rhinitis caused by septal deviation. If the deviation narrows the nasal valve, additional space can be secured.

Spring Dome Graft

If necessary, the Spring Dome Graft (SPRING DOME GRAFT) is performed, harvesting cartilage in a U-shape and grafting it between the septum and the lateral nasal wall to stabilize function.
